This is a good local clinic, with specialty services on site(psychologist, pathology, nurses). Generally the Drs are good, however you can be overserviced at times - I went in for a sinus infection, and discussion somehow eneded up on my chosen method of birth control. Weird. Dr Mak is awesome, so friendly and gentle. This practice also offers acupuncture by Dr Wu (I've not tried it, but good to know it's an alternative).

We've been going to this medical centre for about 8 years, they are our family doctors. The quality of care is good, have had to wait a long time on a couple of occasions but not bad considering we've been there so many times. It's pretty easy to get an appointment and there is no joining fee like some other doctors in the area.

I have been going to Waverley Medical Centre for over ten years, even when i moved approx 40mins away from this doctors surgery I have continued to attend their clinic because they really know there stuff. I wouldnt of kept going back for all these years if the service isnt great. Personally Dr Marsland & Dr Barton are the best at the clinic ! :)

There are nursing staff on the premises and a large variety of doctors. I choose to stick with one particular doctor and as a result often have a long wait but the thoroughness is well worth it. Be careful nobody runs into the back of you turning into the clinic driveway in peak hr from springvale rd entrance opposite the Glen shopping centre.

This has been our family clinic for 8 years. I chose it because there were alot of good doctors there. I have my favourites but if unavailable I can happily see others. The facilities are modern and appropriate, there is a kids waiting area. We usually have to wait a bit, bit not an unreasonable time, and when seen we receive first rate care so it is worth it. There are practice nurses as well. The administrative staff are friendly, professional, understanding and cope well with pressure.
