Had my baby here in October 2016 and I couldn't fault the service and care I received. My midwife Erin was so lovely and my obstetrician was amazing, got the job done without having to resort to an emergency C-section after 20 hours of labour.

Had my second child born here , not impressive with some staff , not very patient, I was told that they will organise baby shower after one day , wait the whole day , staff keeping changing ( I guess they are all casual staff , until second day the night time , I have to push my baby to the staff room and being told that go back to you room , we not shower baby here , but I said I was told to come here . She is very rude and inpatient. Other staff was fine but because it is private hospital , we though I should be much nicer than the public hospital , but not here .

I was recently a patient in surgical wing, and i would have to say this hospital was by far the best hospital I have stayed at, and in the last few years, I have been in a few. The staff are amazing and I can't praise them highly enough

I had both my children at Waverley Private Hospital. Unfortunately they no longer have the partnership with the Novotel Hotel in Glen Waverley which I'd enjoyed so much after having my first child however I still had a pleasant experience here after having my second child.

The food is excellent for a hospital and we particularly liked the cake trolley that comes around every afternoon. The staff are generally very friendly and helpful. They will keep your baby in the nursery at night if it all gets too much and they will mind your baby for a few hours on your last night so that you can go out to dinner.

Rooms were nice (although ours lacked a table and chairs). We also found a few inconsistencies between staff regarding various issues although I guess this is to be expected at any hospital.

The delivery suites are fully equipped with everything you could need and it is great that you are so close to a special care nursery and operating theatres if they are needed.

My husband and I have also had day surgery here and been very well looked after. Would definitely recommend.

The midwifery unit and staff at Waverley Private are absolutely amazing. When looking for a hospital, we toured four before deciding that this was the one for us. It is hard to describe, but there is a lovely caring and homely feeling, which we didn't get at any other hospital. The other appealing factor was the size of their rooms, they are HUGE. The food is faultless, with a variety of nutritional and delicious meals. My husband stayed when we had our first baby and with our second, he was welcome to visit with our toddler at any time of the day (although we respected the rest period from 1:30-3:30). The midwives are all so wonderful and the fact that the same staff were there two years later, says a lot. They were caring, patient and understanding, with lots of good advice. The antenatal classes were great the first time around too and everything we learnt helped us during those early weeks. Our obstetrician is Haider Najjar, who is located on the same grounds as the hospital. We will definitely be returning to Waverley in the years to come.

I delivered my second baby at Waverley Private. All I can say it is the best experience ever. All the midvies are very helpful and informative, they even sugges to put your baby at the nursery if they saw you worn out. Highly recommend.

Had my first child here and had a wonderful stay at Waverley. The staff were very supportive and attentive. Loved the food too! The midwifes were great and were extremely helpful and allowed you to put your child into the nursery overnight if you needed a break. We had our child in with us most of the time but appreciated that last night to have a bit more rest before heading home. The rooms are lovely and very spacious and allowed you to have your partner stay in the room overnight as well which was great. They even have signs to put on the door saying my Daddy stayed the night hehe.
Am booked in again for my second child and looking forward to staying at Waverley once again.

THE HOSPITAL ITSELF IS QUITE OLD IN APPEARANCE, BUT THE FACILITIES ARE SUFFICIENT. THE VISITOR PARKING IS ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS, TOO FEW PARKING SPACES, TOO SMALL PARKING SPACES

Very good experience. While you are waiting they offer you food and drink and are very kind. Approachable and always glad to answer your questions. I was very well taken care of and the nurses are just delightful.

The staffs service at Waverly Private Hospital is one of the best in Victoria. There cheerful attitude helped make your stay more enjoyable. With there extensive range of highly trained specialists. 've never felt so well taken care of and you can tell that it's more than a job to these ladies...they truly do care for their patients.
