I had my first visit last week and it was great. The staff are very friendly and helpful and I trust that they did a good job servicing my vehicle.

My family has been servicing our cars with this service centre for over 7 years. Although it was expensive, we were generally happy with the service. When I gave my car for service in March 2011, they had mentioned that there is a leak in inlet manifold. However, I was advised that the job can be done later.
When I gave the car for service in November 2011, they mentioned that leak from inlet manifold is pretty bad and I should get it done ASAP. They also advised me to book another appointment, as it would take 4 hours and it would cost approximately $550.
However, we did not find the drive rough, we could not hear any noise or feel loss of power. We also did not notice any loss of radiator coolant.
I thought that I would get a second opinion and booked an appointment with the service centre of authorised dealer. To my surprise, I was informed in writing that there is absolutely no leak from inlet manifold. When I asked how much it would cost to replace4 the gasket for inlet manifold, I had another surprise. They told me it would be $295 incl. GST.
I just cannot believe how gullible, long term, loyal customers are taken for a ride by this business. Bye bye Waverley Service Centre :-(

I brought in a 1989 Mazda MX5 that was giving me a lot of issues. Marty and his team took a week to isolate the problem but he consistently sent me updates about the car. Got it back today and it runs like a dream. The prices and parts are very reasonable and they're always very pleasant, and honest. Courtesy car was provided at no extra cost and the drop-off service when you send your car in for a service made servicing more convenient. Overall, I'm very impressed and I would certainly recommend going to them.

Martin and his team are fabulous. They have rescued me several times from vehicle nightmares and are very thorough and courteous. Reasonable prices and always with a smile make taking my car there less of a hassle. Always seem to be able to 'fit' you in to solve that noise and always offer to give you a lift home when you drop off your car.

My family has been taking our cars here for years. Service is always great and they are always willing to help with problems at short notice too. You know that when you take your car there that it is in the best hands!

The Phillips family have looked after our family's cars now for many years. Apart from their excellent motor repair knowledge and skills, they are of the highest integrity. They are just nice honest people. Martin has a special way with his customers and he is proud of his service.
