So happy with my experience here. Eyebrow wax & tint were perfect and I had my first eyelash tint which I love! The beautician was very friendly and looked after me - not my suburb but I will be back!

Good value for money. Highly recommend the twinning. Staff are friendly and professional. Can sometimes get very busy so book in advance if you have limited time. That said they accept walk ins if you don't mind having a stroll around the mall and taking care of business for an hour or so.

Wax Facto r truly is an excellent Beautician to go to, not only do they have cool products out the front for you to smell and sample but they play contemporary music while you are having your beauty service done instead of like most beauticians who play 'relaxing music.' And the price is right too!

Great friendly staff and clean modern salon. Never keep you waiting for an appointment. Good quality wax and quick treatment. Residual wax that may be left on the skin is removed with a warm towel which feels fantastic and a nice touch.
