Shattered that they allowed my mother's funeral arrangements to be hijacked, that they changed the paperwork, and that they allowed a different family member to change arrangements WITHOUT due consultation until after the fact.

My husband was a very large man when he passed away and when I tried to get a local funeral home to provide us with a dignified service, they mucked us around for a few days and then they ended up saying it was too hard!! So I tried WD Rose and Joseph Allison and they did everything we wanted and more and considering the time that we lost with the other funeral home they were able to arrange a service within 2 days!!! It was a dignified and beautiful service and I could not recommend them more!!! They were compassionate, accommodating, professional! They made an extremely painful experience bearable, they treated me and my husband with the utmost respect and care!!! They were even able to accommodate our cultural practices!. The price was reasonable too considering that my husband needed a custom made coffin!!! What was good also was the fact that whatever I asked of them they would do and would keep me updated always on any information or changes straight away!! I can not even think of anything that they could of done better considering our circumstances!!! I would want them to do my funeral when my time comes!!!
