bsolute worst removalist company.

I had booked a removalist for a small 2 bedroom unit, the guys arrived, one had a physical disability and they clearly had no experience as removalists. They were intentionally taking one child’s bedside table down to the truck and standing in the truck for 20 minutes while my sister and myself were being boxes and furniture down because we knew they were going to take too long and we had a short time frame. There was a language barrier and when u expressed that they were taking too long and I called the head office they were becoming aggressive and trying to intimidate my sister and I, demanding more money and just smiling in our faces.
The guys started arguing in another language and not listening to me, they completely damaged the walls of my unit when moving out by forcing furniture when I told them it wouldn’t fit. They ruined my lounge, mattress, new properties walls also, tv unit and other things. They then tried to demand more money while trying to physically intimidate my sister and making her very uncomfortable with their weird behaviour.
I lost my bond and had to throw my furniture out, I have gone back and forth for the last 20 months and I still have not been compensated despite being told I would be. I was overcharged more than I was supposed to pay. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Didn't look after my things correctly

I booked a move this Saturday and was told the team would arrive between 1pm and 4pm, great, as I had thrown out 80% of my furniture and had one modular sofa, a fridge, 2 mattresses, a table, an elliptical and then numerous boxes and bags I thought awesome their website suggests 2/3 hours for a 2 bedroom furniture and I have less than that. They arrived at 5:30pm, then took 3.5 hours to move everything down a lift and a ramp using my trolley and at times would disappear for 30 minutes with no explanation. It took so long my mum with a shoulder replacement ending up helping them. Then we get to the new house, I told them we had two flights of stairs and made it very clear in the booking. We helped them, bought them dinner and did whatever we could because we could tell they were exhausted and slow. Then it came time to deliver the fridge as the final item and then I get a text for an invoice of $1295 plus numerous phone calls and then a lady who I have no idea who she is walks into my house demanding payment before they’ll bring the fridge up. Mind you this is now 11:30pm at night, I have had my entire day ruined by this inefficiently organised team and now I have some random woman telling me I need to sort out payment and show her or she won’t let them bring up the fridge. At that point I should’ve let them keep the fridge because not only did they take 40 minutes to bring it upstairs they then scratched it on the side on both doors, gave it 2 fancy new foot long dents on the front of the door and then managed to scratch the metal capping on my flooring when they put it in place.

Overall, probably would’ve had better luck paying my mum $1295 and giving her 9 hours to figure it out, she would’ve at least brought trolleys and paid for her own dinner!

These two moved my entire two bedroom apartment down four flights of stairs and into my new house in 5 hours! They were efficient, respectful of all of my belongings and were genuinely nice guys.

Rakan and his men where fantastic, on time and punctual they have respect and looked after my move 100%. I recommend this company and expecily Rakan he was very nice and took care of all my belongings definitely will use again.

Sam he his colleague were great. Extremely punctual, careful with all our furniture, polite and nothing was to much trouble. Even managed to load our big garage racking without dismantling and move heavy gym equipment. Great work guys!!! Would definitely recommend and use again.

Moved over the weekend with two young boys and a dog so it was already chaotic but WEMOVESYDNEY just made it that much easier and less stressful. Handling my furniture with such care and appreciation. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone moving!

Iden and Rivan were very helpful. They helped us move all our items to our new house and helped put everything together. Would highly recommend.

Hytham (Sam) and David were very careful, thorough and professional during the 2 moves that we engaged them for our move to the mountains over 2 weekends. These guys took care of our furniture and take lot of pride in their work. My partner and I highly recommend this 2 man team for their fantastic work!!

Andy was our mover for a short trip from Surry hills to Darlinghurst. The packing took a bit of time, understand that packing trucks is tricky. They got the job done and nothing got broken. One frustration point for me was that we booked a 7am and they came at 8 (this was mostly because of where we live we wanted to make sure they got parking) but we were lucky and got a spot

Issues I did have were with quoting, they quoted for 3 hours and it took longer, I think for the company who quotes it would probably be better to under promise and over deliver! Just a bit of feedback.

Iden and Lway were very careful with all our items. Couldn’t ask for more from 2 well mannered and happy gentlemen. We had a long 2 hour journey from Sydney and all our items arrived just as they were packed! Thanks again would recommend!!!!

The company has been very responsive from the moment of ordering the quote to post-removal services. I was happy with the move, with no damage to my belongings and delivered with a mattress taken upstairs - an added bonus. Thank you we move sydney!

I am so incredibly happy that my family and I chose We Move Group to help us move into our new forever home! We had a lot of trouble with our settlement dates and I had to keep ringing We Move Group to keep updating them with new days that we would be able to move in to our property. Ladies in the office were very clear with prices and what to prepare for to make it easy on the day.
On the day of the move the guys came on time, were so friendly and courteous, and done a really good job. I am very happy with using them to move me into my new home. I will definitely be using these guys again. Lots of different payment options as well. Whole process was very smooth.
