I've acted as chairperson on an Owner's (Body) Corporate. Webb Plumbers are specialists in apartment buildings and in this field. They understand the Owner's Corporation rules and realise how to direct onus to the source as to "Common Property" and or "Private Responsibility." They also are roof and gutter specialists, hence no requirement to have a roof inspection unless you are looking for a 2nd opinion. One word to describe them: "Professional". They also guarantee their work. Quality comes at a price. Knowledge and professionalism is complimentary.

I burst hot water flexy hose to the laundry flick mixer required urgent attention. Webb Plumbing informed me they could only attend in the afternoon, As I was able to turn off the water at the meter I had no problem waiting and agreed to the suggested time. Within half an hour I had a call from Kirsty advising that to a cancellation a plumber could attend within half an hour. I had already made other plans so I turned the new time down. As agreed, the plumber arrived at the first selected time. Checked the issue, went out to buy a replacement hose and changed it over without a fuss.
I cannot recall the plumbers name but he was a young guy from Manchester. I am very please with the job Webb Plumbing carried out and have no hesitation in recommitting them.

Bernie arrived ahead of time. He knew exactly what he needed to do and over the next 2 hours cleaned all of our gutters and drain pipes. He showed us the photos and explained clearly what was done. He cleaned up and chatted before he left. Great job. The invoice was for exactly the amount as estimated. We will have Webb plumbing back again next year

Do NOT use Webb Plumbing. They attempted to scam and overcharge us. When I advised them their invoice was incorrect and extremely overcharged they were very blunt and were not interested in what I had to say. Luckily I had CCTV of them entering and leaving our apartment so I was able to prove they were overcharging and lying about the time they were on site. After weeks of going back and forth they finally corrected the invoice with no apology or acknowledgment of their wrongdoing. I would recommend you stay far away from this company, as I've noticed this issue in other Google reviews.

Brodie arrived precisely on time, explained what he was about to do and in the next 2 hours cleaned as he promised and then showed me the pictures he had taken. He cleaned up and had a chat before hew left. Looking forward got him revisiting in 6 months. Great job

Must recommend webb plumbing services as I spoke to a friendly and curtious customer service team, but also had a plumber which was not just on time but explained in details of the repairs on my hot water issue. Thanks you very much webb plumbing.

Highly recommend this company. Had a problem with a blocked sewer and was referred to Webb Plumbing by a friend who had already used them. The plumber was there on time and was courteous and informative. He found the problem, expained the situation and cleared the blockage. All was done quickly and professionally. No problem since. I don't usually do reviews but after reading the review down below, I thought i should share that i couldn't disagree more. I had Webb plumbing out to attend a water leak a few weeks ago, and the service and result was FANTASTIC. I was also impressed with finding out the costs estimate of the job before it was done! Not only did they fix the issue with a reasonable price. the transition was smooth and the staff and tradesman were so friendly and very helpful. Thanks again, and i will be recommending Webb plumbing to all my family and friends.
