We don't promise specific rankings or results, since no agency honestly can. What clients can count on: month-to-month services with no lock-in contracts, so you're never stuck if it's not working for you, and ongoing support for anything we build or maintain.

What is your level of experience in this line of work?

WebGlobals has been working since 2017. We have completed over 450 projects in web design, SEO, AI search, Google Ads, and WordPress for small and medium businesses in Australia. All of this is managed from our office in Parramatta.

What is your fee structure like? Fixed fees? Hourly rates?

Website design runs on a fixed project fee. SEO, AI SEO, Local SEO, Google Ads management, and WordPress maintenance run as monthly retainers, month to month with no lock-in. Current rates are published at webglobals.com.au/pricing.

What are your current prices (fixed and variable)?

Website design from $450 (fixed). SEO form $240, AI SEO from $750, Google Ads from $750, Social Media from $200, WordPress Care from $90, and E-commerce from $900 a month (ongoing)

What is your favourite thing about your job?

Seeing a small business grow from being unnoticed online to actually being found, like ranking on Google, appearing in Maps, or being talked about by AI tools like ChatGPT.

What makes you unique compared to your competitors?

Alongside traditional SEO, we run a dedicated program to help clients get found and mentioned in AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews, not just traditional search rankings. We also built our own platform, LeadGenie, to help clients capture and follow up enquiries so fewer leads slip through the cracks.

How quickly can work be completed? What are your turnaround times? Do you offer same-day service?

Turnaround depends on scope. A new website typically takes a few weeks from brief to launch, while smaller WordPress fixes or a Google Ads setup can often start within days. Urgent issues like a priority, though we don't offer same-day full builds. (Adjust the specifics if your real timelines differ; this is a reasonable estimate, not a measured SLA.)

Do you have any special offers? Do you offer any bulk or volume discounts?

Nothing running at present. Happy to put together a combined quote for businesses wanting more than one service (for example, web design plus ongoing SEO), assessed on a case-by-case basis.
