13 days from flying out and have not received details as yet although they said I would have then 30 days before. Off shore call centre has no idea or sense of urgency. Wasted so much time and I will never book with them again.

Very disappointed. It seemed so convenient, then they let me down badly first they suck you in with a price (as they if it is to hard to believe it is) RIP OFF, BAD EXPERIENCE.Try to email try to ring try to get your deposit back to late THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY BUT THEY HAVE A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE Sorry that has been used in to set a date try to book with out a date and the booked date was 12 months away .

I bought a business class ticket through WEBJET. Be warned, you cannot make any changes by phone. They insist that you go through their web page and they take a minimum of 48 hours to respond.
They are not flexible in any way. They wanted to charge $1500 for changing the return portion of the flight. They refused to check other times and dates that may be cheaper. They refused to change the ticket to Economy so I wouldn't have to pay as much.
DO NOT USE WEBJET. They make it impossible or extremely expensive to make any changes.

they are not trust worthy at all. They will first promise for one thing and then change just to charge you hundreds of dollars more. i have a recent very very bad experience with them.
I was told that Air Canada has accept to correct the name spelling on my ticket for a payment of CAD.50 and it will take 72hrs to process and after 72 hrs they told me that Air canada is not accepting when I told i spoke to Air canada they have no objection then they said we have issue with other airlines involved which was not ture bcz i had already spoken to other airlines too. just to take around CAD.500 more from me they say that you need to cancel and rebook same ticket.
I have lost trust on them bcz they are not true to their word.
Such kind of cheap tactics to cheat the customer is not going to give them any success.

Booked domestic tickets online and charged hidden additional fees. Tried to cancel and now being charged extra fees. Its cheaper to book with others or direct with the airline and you get better customer service and with LESS fees. I accept the credit for the cancelled tickets to use later and additional taxes and fares when re-booking but when the re-issuing fee costs more than the price of a full ticket. What a joke Webjet!!!

I booked a flight to Lebanon and received confirmation of the booking immediately. The next day I called an agent and asked why I hadn't received the actual e-ticket yet. He confirmed that I will receive it by the end of the day. The next day I receive an email saying the price went up $123 dollars and that I have the option to cancel! I contacted customer service by email and they did not reply to me.

This has never happened with other companies I use for online booking. Once a price is confirmed they should honor it. -- I will never use webjet again!

I booked some flights and got a confirmation for the booking with the amount I paid. The next day I received an email that said my credit card was declined. I called WebJet to ask them what happened. They said they will run my card again. He checked the fare and said it was the same as the night before. I thought it was okay now. Then 30 mins later I get another email saying the fare went up and I need to pay the higher fare. I called my credit card company and they told me the card was NEVER run the night before. I complained to WebJet and asked why they never ran my card when I booked. They claim they did, but my credit card company (a neutral 3rd party in this) tells me they did not, so I trust the credit card company. I also asked why they told me the fare did not change, when clearly it did. They blamed the airline. I needed the tickets immediately so I paid the higher fare. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told he would call me back. He never called me back. I feel I was lied to, and the customer service was terrible as well. Poor experience. I would not recommend.

Not even one star. Cancelled a trip. The entire process was a nightmare. I understood the conditions of the ticket but made it an extremely painful process to try and use the credit note what was a $1000 credit note turned into only $250 worth of credit. Call centre is noisy and kept having to repeat myself, put on hold numerous times for extended periods, things that should have been simple were made complicated. The company is incompetent

Use the website but do not book or pay any money. Book and pay with the airline or hotel directly to avoid stuff-ups with any changes that may crop up. Webjet has made an art of stuffing people around with incorrect reference numbers and misleading advertising. I lost AUD $1,000 because their website advertised total price without disclosing the additional costs that are charged (around $170 a day)... wow was that a shocker! On top of that they issued me an incorrect hotel reference number so that took days to resolve. Once bitten twice shy ... will NEVER deal with them again and have warned my circle of friends to avoid WEBJET (horribilus). Please be very careful when dealing with this company. Expect horrible service if you need to change anything!
