Wecube were efficient and affordable. The movers worked quickly and without complaint on a very hot day with many stairs. I would definitely recommend them to others. It stress free and so easy.

The slowest movers I've ever used and I've moved a lot in my time; I'd have to question as to it being deliberate. When I moved 6 months ago, it took that crew 2 hours to move 1.5 km way. This time was 2 km away and we'd already done 5 car trips the days before, so less to move, but it took WeCube Removals 4 hours.
Using a hand trolley to move a 1 metre plastic plant did puzzle me. Would have been easier just to carry it.
The lead hand was quite the sour puss and could hardly utter a word to me -[Removed comment] but made me really uncomfortable. Didn't even introduce himself when I did. At least the second guy, whom I think was a labour hire for the day, was nice and friendly.
I gotta say the reviews did not reflect on my experience, which is why I chose them. Maybe I got the dud crew?

How do you want us to move your 4bedroom double storey house to double storey house within 2hours? We are not just throwing your stuff into our truck and throwing back to your new house. We packed all your stuff and we covered all your items with our moving pads. Safety for the customer's belongings is the top priority for our company. Nothing is damaged on the day which means our crews did a great job within 4hours. You could have rang the previous company if you just wanted to cheap out.

I will reiterate that the relocation was from a 2 bedroom unit to a two storey house, although all but 5 boxes, one mattress, 1 bedhead, and 1 set of drawers were taken upstairs. Everything else was delivered to the downstairs lounge room. The contents of the 2 bedroom unit was quite sparse, as I'm a minimalist. In other words, there wasn't a lot to move across. Hence my concern about the length of time this move took.
To your question as to why I didn't use my previous removalist - he's no longer operating. Both him and yourself did indeed cover my belongings, and only a couple of items were damaged, but WeCube Removals lacked work ethic and time management. At the end of the day, I wasn't satisfied. I was hoping that you could take this feedback on board to improve your processes and training for the future. My interest was never in getting some sort of refund, but rather the betterment of an Australian business.
