Specifically booked as promised arrival by the end of 2hr window 11-1pm. No contact made at 1pm when removalist didn’t arrive, I had to chase them up and requested a discount for their inconvenience. Only truck available was bigger than required 8tonne $198ph incl gst. Only booked due to timeframe arrival urgency . Driver knocked on door at 2pm and first words “you will not be receiving discount due to lateness”. 2 removalist were good and fast, pointed out any damage on items which I photographed and thanked them for. Stool dropped and damaged - discount $44 offered/accepted. Travel 6km distance mainly had big furniture and approx 10-15 boxes. Wasn’t a huge move 4hrs max , barely half a truck. $495. Once they left we set up bedrooms to find new base damaged. Manager advised this was previous damage and because we had a dog it seemed he was to blame. He advised the 2 beds moved were up against the truck. As I took photos of the move I sent him the pix to show it Cleary was not against the truck but between shelving. Manager has now ghosted me with no further reply to resolve. DONT TRUST THEIR INSURANCE SPEIL. NOR THEIR REASSURANCE OF ARRIVAL TIME. bigger truck only available to get bigger hourly rate!! Be aware when booking to take photos of all your intact items.

Wecube was so helpful and organised, especially Ray was incredibly patient with any of my requests. Boys did such an amazing job, they came in swiftly and managed to wrap up our furniture and pack it neatly in their Truck. Highly recommneded!

These guys are great! They were really helpful and friendly moving my stuff into and out of storage. All the furniture was wrapped and padded in storage. They were accommodating and genuine and looked after us with care!!

I am not sure whether it's bad luck. After reading lots of positive reviews, I decided to went with wecube. On that date, I wasnt informed when they were arriving. They said they rang but didn't went through. But I got no text or missed call. I gave them benifits of doubt. I have requested with beds dissembling and reassembling. But the two guys turned up with no tools. I texted Ray about it and 9 hours later no response which is a bit disappointing. One of us had to quickly went somewhere to borrow the tools. I heard one of the guys swearing when he went to get stuff from the truck after he dropped part of a bed frame on my floor. Will I use them again? personally, probably not.

After a mix up at the start Ray made sure we still got moved on the day we requested. Great communication and a really good price. The boys were excellent. Highly recommend.

The 2 young blokes from Wecube were great. They were running a bit late but called to advise me and were accurate with their timing. When they arrived they were careful with my stuff and mindful of my walls. They carefully tetrised my furniture into the truck and managed to get all of it in 1 load. They didnt dawdle or drag out the clock, they were just as eager to do the job quickly as i was and the cost was half of what other places were asking with far more realistic time commitments advising 2 hours for the job and taking about 2.5 instead of the 6 hours most other places quoted. Highly recommend. No complaints. Thank you guys.

Very happy with these guys - punctual, good communication and friendly. Josh and Tamai took care of our one bedroom move from Sunshine Coast to Brisbane in a very timely manner and were very helpful and careful throughout. The pricing was also very reasonable. More than happy to recommend Wecube removals if you need a removalist.

I've never used a removalist before and was anxious about using the service. From the beginning, Ray was prompt with reply and easy to deal with. KD and Chris arrived on time. From the moment they stepped into my door, they worked non-stop and when they asked for 5mins break I wanted to yell out "take as long as you want!!". They were ridiculously good- strong and so knowledgeable. My husband is pretty good with stacking stuff in the car but really, I've never seen anyone like KD. He was really trying to make things easier for us and making sure they take as much as they can and the amount of care they take to protect my furnitures, assets, house are above and beyond of expectations. Chris was really strong and fast following KD's lead and KD was just some sort of God of moving. I myself and my family are so impressed. I need to move again in a year and I know I'm coming back to them :)

We haven't moved in over a decade and we were really disorganised but communication from WeCube was excellent and they assessed what we would need brilliantly. We got the help we needed and it was three ridiculously strong, fit, energetic people with great attitudes and the right tools to move more stuff than we even realised we had. They worked like Trojans in stupidly hot weather and maintained a cheerful and helpful attitude that was well above and beyond expectation. We will absolutely hire this crew again to help us do whatever the next big job is.
