Have been there 3 times, hoping that "the next time will be better" and that "may be the other doctor will be better". The only good thing about the centre is their opening hours. All 3 doctors I have seen were absolutely disinterested in my concern, I felt like all of them were trying to get rid of me asap. The last time I was were I asked for a female doctor when I was making the appointment and also at the reception when I arrive. Imagine the level of my disappointment when the doctor who called my name was a male! After all the waiting time! Not coming back there for anything more serious then cold! Would not recommend going there ever!!!

The receptionist who took my booking was great. She answered my call promptly and was courteous throughout the call.

Regrettably, the female doctor whom I saw was a huge disappointment. She did not bother to return my greeting when I first saw her. In addition, she was impatient and rude during the consultation. It felt that she was just trying to pass time and get on to the next patient. Furthermore, she dismissed some of my concerns with flippant "I don't know"'s. Her bedside manners was atrocious.

This centre opened up not far from my home, had long hours which suited my working hours, and was completely bulk billing - good, right?. HOWEVER I was very disappointed: I did not have an appointment near their closing time, yet I was the final appointment my doctor had to see for his day and he seemed annoyed from the first moment. He was completely disinterested, non-verbal, spoke brusquely when he did say something which made him very hard to understand, and seemed altogether unimpressed with my issues! He actually showed surprise when he checked a complaint with his stethoscope and found out I was 'telling the truth'! He sighed with annoyance when I said I had two issues and basically tried to get me out the door as fast as possible. Also, after the appointment when I went to the counter, he said goodbye to the staff at the counter and must have given some silent signal eg. perhaps raised his eyebrows at my back, because the staff all gave a titter and did not make anymore eye contact with me. I found this very unprofessional and humiliating. I will shell out however much money I need to, to avoid bulk billing places like this in the future and actually try to find a caring doctor. Especially since I am planning to have a baby soon. Maybe he had a long, bad, day, and is getting paid the minimum as a doctor, but I was very courteous and I expect the same. This clinic seems only suitable for travel vaccinations, and perhaps antibiotics and medical certificates if you have the flu. Great hours and cheap but only for something that doesn't require care or attention!

Agree with Wolfgang1 - the area needed this medical centre. Both the female doctors I have seen have been great. Impressive features are opening hours - 7 days, late during the week, early in the morning. Getting an appointment is easy - there can be a bit of a wait but this is just while they build their patient base to match the doctors on duty. They also bulk bill which is so hard to find nowadays!

This medical centre recently opened in the area. It was a necessary addition as the other centres in the area are completely booked all the time. This centre is open late during the week (til 9 I believe) and on weekends. Getting an appointment is relatively easy they are just building their patient base. There are 5 or 6 doctores at this centre. One other great thing is most (all?) are bulk billed.
