Dr. George Farag was very helpful and proactive on my first consultation. The staff were amazing in booking me on short notice with my situation. The extended hours of the clinic are very impressive, as are the opening hours on most public holidays if need be. Will be transferring to this medical clinic fully.

Severely cut my finger and went to Wells Road for initial consultation. Wonderful experience Dr. George Farag was wonderful and the staff was always helpful and kind. They assessed the situation and recommendations to ensured the best results. The follow ups were conducted smoothly and professional. I am so glad I chose Wells Road Medical Clinic and would highly recommend to anyone.

Wells Rd Medical Centre offers extended hours which should suit everyone, is conveniently located with walk through to pharmacy. In house Pathology 6 half days, walk in, take a number, wait your turn. Larissa is THE BEST - She is the ONLY ONE who has ever got my blood first off, and every time!! I have always found staff throughout the centre to be friendly & helpful. Dr George Farag is exceptional; he listens,takes time to explain, is patient, uncomplicated, friendly, empathetic and caring, just such a NICE person.
I greatly appreciate
the convenience of tele-consultation when possible.

Never had a problem Here although I think it would be better with more doctors to reduce wait time

I previously attended stud rd medical centre but moved to this clinic after hearing from some friends who also have moved.
Have never had an issue here with either the staff or the doctors. The waiting room is tidy and the clinic is well equipped for ECG, treating wounds and having injections.The nurses are always welcoming and friendly. Understandably some doctors can run 10 minutes behind especially with the number of patients they see everyday!!
The only problem may be the receptionist communication as they seem to be rushed and tense.

Really poor service and professionalism. The main nurse there was unprofessional and bad at her job.

Have spent last hour on phone. Position 1 for last 45 mins, still waiting to talk to someone. As I was writing this I " progressed " ? to position 3. Practice closed now, giving up.

Quite nice premises, convenient, open late and weekends.
a number of rotational doctors, most seem nice and knowledgeable.
Waiting times can be very long (even with appointments)

I have used the clinic several times. Its not like having your own doctor but I need an appointment a week ahead with her because she's very well known to be good. These guys seem professional and did what I expected. Ordered tests from path labs and followed them up. I don't want anymore than that from a one-off consultation.
