I had great experiences at the emergency services. every department served their duties sincerely and honestly with loving and care.

I would like to say thanks to all surgeons, nurses from Dosa room specially head of the team. They done surgery of my hand with stitches which is perfectly excellent come after 2 weeks,

My mother was recently on the palliative care ward. They gave her medication she was allergic to. When she told them they ignored her. Only stopped when I told them. They didnt check with the people that admitted her on her medications. They put her in pull ups because she kept having accidents, but they kept giving her the medication to loosen her bowels. She finally refused to take it. On coming out she was to have a critical care nurse. This person never showed. When I contacted the ward I was told to wait till the following week. When I called back they were going to check into it. The following day they called and said because she had gone a week without the care she wasn't entitled to it.

After a recent elective surgery procedure, I am very impressed with every aspect of the care given from admission to follow up consult. Would highly recommend to all.

The nurses are extremely rude. This is the worse hospital I have ever been. No one should go to that hospital. I can't believe the nurse can be so rude.

I have been to both A&E and been an in patient. The hospital is brilliant but the A&E section is a disaster. Very long wait times, rude staff. Waited 5 hours in agony with a catheter problem following prostrate op. Wouldn't see me but people being seen with minor things before me. They don't know what triage means. As an in patient though, brilliant, great nursing staff.

My 4 yr old daughter had her tonsils & adenoids out earlier this year, what an excellent experience we had, the doctors and nurses were amazing and cared so much about there patients, would highly recommend compared to other hospitals.

3 years ago my son was admitted after being bitten by a white tailed spider. The staff were absolutly wonderful as he is disabled and they put up a bed for me so that I could stay overnight with him. Also provided me with some meals and they were not meant to be feeding me just my son. The nursing staff were so gentle and caring to my son and I recommend the hospital to anyone who stays there.

I have been in many many hospitals, around victoria in various locations, the mercy is one of the best, for sure, maybe because they have a larger facility... you still get that small country town treatment and feeling, I love the nurses that... the emergency room is kind of rude ( but all staff in emergency rooms are, right?? congratulations!!!!

I had a very good experience with the ladies at the maternity ward. They are very accommodating and very willing to listen to your concerns and worries. They are the best. They will really take care of u and their baby.
