I tried to buy a Koba from them 2 years ago and they didn't respond to calls or emails. I have now contacted twice to buy a LC76, and have been into the show room. Guess 2hat no contact even though I said I wanted to buy it in the next month or two. This place is a joke and do not go to them. Looks like its back to Kyeton toyota whose service is amazing.

So disappointed with these people, were perfect , helpful, could do enough for me when I purchased a new vehicle.
Paid to have body treatments and the like, someone hit me in the back; contacted Werribee Toyota 25.04.2017 to arrange a quote for body treatment, 09.05.2017 followed up again for a response - all to no avail.
17.05.2017 sent copies of all previous emails to attention of Mr Ben Galea explaining car is scheduled to go to panel shop on 22.05.2017 and requested contact.
Shame when the PRINCIPAL of the business also couldn't careless.
Sorry I got sucked in by these people and purchased the vehicle from them, won't be getting a chance to service the vehicle anymore.
