West Coast Auto Electrics 1993

Just had my spotlights wired up and aircon gassed by the new owner, was happy with price and service. The new owner Brad said that he took over the business at the start of November i can recommend and will go back.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND - UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES Simply..I put my car in for work and was quoted a price and ended up getting charged twice the price. I left my phone number to be rung on either completion of job or any 'extra work' to be carried out. Unfortunately I was not rung, so my car ended up having to stay another day because no-one was going to be at the shop by the time I got there. Upon picking my car up the following day (after having to amend my plans for 2 days), I was shocked to receive a bill that was twice the price!! AND the tow bar was put back on upside down! I cannot help but think this business is the 'stereotypical' mechanic that we all get warned about, and I do hope that the electrics have been wired up the correct way and not the wrong way round, as was the towbar!!!!
