The manager of this shop is VERY rude! Yes, I had work boots on, but they were not dirty/muddy as I clean them every day after work & this was 9am. Her words: "I hope your boots are clean!" I have spoken to a few others that live near the shop & they too have had her acid tongue pointed in their direction. An elderly lady asked 1 of the staff to open a child-proof bottle for her when this person stuck her nose in & said that they were not there to cater to the whims of the aged! A young fellow went in & asked for 'cold/flu' medication. He was told to suck it up & get over it. I am surprised that they are still in business! I will NEVER step foot in there again!
