Be very wary. I felt the vet was duplicitous in the discussions of two options for my animal. My choice was made based on the outcomes each option was stated to provide and the cost of those options. My animal was returned in a poor state which required intervention by another vet. I felt I was duped by an unethical vet. Be very wary.

A complete scam, firstly tried to sell me a blood test $180 then an ultasound $180 then laughably tried to sell me injections for arthritis over a monthly period for around $160,
What a sham service, my pet was ultimately diagnosed with a simple examination and a description from me of the his symptoms.
They used to be a great service, but now have resorted to charging for unnecessary and dubious procedures.
Wholly disappointed and I feel violated at a very vulnerable time.

The genuine care, down to earth approach, and service focus was so good. I would highly recommend this clinic. My dog had many teeth extracted (we'd adopted her from a puppy farm, and she had a lot of decay) and has had a smooth, supported recovery. That their fees are significantly more reasonable for an equal standard of care, when compared to other vets, is a bonus.

We ran over a dog on victoria rd right near them so we took it there they looked after it and even found the owner

David Croft, Keith Farrell, Linda and Katy are all fantastic vets. No matter is ever too big or small when l take my own dogs or my foster dogs to them. There is no discrimination is service or attention to detail when l take my pets vs the rescue dogs.
If you are looking for a great team of vets and staff to care for your pet(s), then l recommend these guys hands down.

I have been taking my pets to the West Ryde Vet for many years. Keith and David are very loving to the animals and always offer great advice. They are particularly patient with my neurotic miniature daschund which is a real test. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Amazingly great service provided by West Ryde vets and staff. Really impressed by their caring and friendly attitude. I was surprised at the low price compared to other vets. Strongly recommend to bring your pets there cats or dogs. Lovely vets and wonderful service. I won't go to any other vets even if I move next year.

I wouldn't even consider taking my cat to any other vets, even if we were to move this would be the one that we would continue to go to. They are so helpful, are wonderful with the animals and help to put your mind at ease when you have to leave your pet behind for a day or so.

I have taken my dogs & cat to West Ryde Vet for the last 6 years and have been very impressed with the service. I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes. The staff is helpful and friendly and the charges are quite reasonable.
They also deal with wildlife at their own expense. I took them a cockatoo which had been hit by a car. They treated it and I picked it up 3 days later and released it.
I think they do a great job and are very caring with their patients

I have been a client of the West Ryde Veterinary Clinic for the past 10 years and have been more than happy with the excellent service that they have provided me with.
All the Vets and staff are very friendly helpful and compassionate. Their prices are also quite reasonable compared to other Vets.
I certainly wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending them to anyone wanting a good Vet.
