I came here as my adopted cat was desexed here and there were some complications with her stitches. Understandably it was 7pm and they probably were waiting to go home, but I felt that the assistant and the vet simply did not care about the cat at all. They were obviously dog people? Because the patient before us was a large dog and they were both cooing over him, however when I took the cat into the room, there was no meet and greet, no any sort of care towards the little kitten, simply just a point, rub and "you'll be right" attitude which I really wasn't impressed with.

If a vet or their assistant have a choice of animals they prefer to be with, then they don't fit to be vets. I will never take my cats there again, even in emergency. There are other vets around that cares for all animals, great or small.

lovely staff and very professional. I have only been once but will definitely be going back again. you can just tell when your pet has been treated well!!!

Always really friendly and sympathetic staff working,not anywhere near as expensive as most vets,and always really helpful in incidents of lost pets.Would recommend these to anyone looking for a new local vet.

Some of the vets obviously don't care for the animal in particular they just see it as their job. But with this kind of job you need to have a heart for what you do. They will take any injured wildlife and contact who can help. I took my cat there to be desexed and he came back afraid of people and neurotic. Personally i would only go here if I had to.

We bring both our dogs to this vet and have received excellent service and helpful advice. We receive reminders as to when the dogs need their next injections etc and receive advice each visit as to their health, condition, etc. We even took our puppy to puppy school there and had a great time!
