when wests first opened in ravenswood it was really good bakery but after a few months they quality went down hill very quickly. The service was just as bad. In saying that the girls serving were always nice it was just the owner that was very poor in customer service skills. He was very arrogant to his workers as well as customers. The food would go up in price every couple of weeks and the quality got poorer. In peticular their pizza slices they use to sell were really nice to start with but on many occasions they were either not fully cooked or hardly any topping
