Had an appliance delivered and installed, rough and rushed service, the business owner I believe called Steve, could not handle the weight of the appliance on the trolley and instead of lowering it slowly to the ground just let it drop then proceeded to drag it across the concrete because it wasn't even in a cardboard box, he barely got past my car and instead of getting help with it he had his assistant start the removal of my old appliance, he roughly dragged it up the step and through the front door and was carelessly bumping into furniture and I had to tell him to be careful, there was no apology or communication and no eye contact, no friendly smile just get it done and get out, I provided a plastic container to catch any water when disconnecting the old appliance but this wasn't even used and I had to provide a towel to mop up all the water, I would not recommend this business to anyone !

the service i had preformed was a repair on my dishwasher, thus needing a part and had to wait 3 weeks for and then be charged another fee and the labour for installing the part, which took longer than 3 weeks as advised.
