Misleading

We originally chose Envirapest based on chemical used and warranty, service and ongoing costs for inspections as well as general pest treatment. We were very clear when asking for quotes to provide the ongoing costs and not just the upfront to weigh up our consideration. Envirapest were the most expensive upfront but quote for inspections including ongoing pest treatments balanced out the cost. Very disappointed that year 1 this cost quoted exponentially rose from $360 to $495 annually - if we were provided the correct information upfront we would have chose another company! I had written the quote for the ongoing costs on the information with the initial quote - my advice have them lock into a contract for this cost so you do not have any unexpected surpises given you are locked in for the warranty period of the initial treatment. Will not use them again once this expires given misleading information to get the initial sale!

I signed up to WOM just to leave this review as I'm so disappointed in the terrible customer service they so freely dish out.

These guys charge $250+ for an exterior spray -- cheap price and you get what you pay for. Expect to keep seeing bugs around your place and forget about calling for help - they'll just tell you that they've "done the job to the best of their ability" and then back away, leaving you out of pocket and without any option but to get another company to respray.
We recently had ours sprayed again, 3mo after Envirapest charged us $250 for nothing.
I'll never use this company again.
The only thing I'd recommend is that you stay well away from them.

Approximate cost: $250
