We like our glass splashbank but one of the paynes was crooked, I told the guy and he said he'd come back and fix it but he didn't. They didn't send me an invoice so I wasn't too worried, 8 months later they finally realised I hadn't paid so when they asked me to pay I told them I was not paying without an invoice and I wasn't paying until someone came and fixed the crooked piece. Amazingly after I said this they made it out to me within 24 hours. They also didn't take much care and damaged the cornice of our roof which was annoying (brand new house). Finished product looks great but service very dissapointing.
