have only ever had good experiences with western suburbs, i didnt have to wait for my appointment and everyone there was very friendly and happy to answer any questions that i had. would deffinantly go back

We stumbled upon Western Suburbs around 5 years ago buy accident. Our dog was constantly suffering from fleas and nothing was working. We answered an add in the paper offering a free trial of a new flea treatment. We were so blown away by the personal service and fantastic bedside manner we never went back to our original vet who was part of a chain and did not have the same warm welcome we got here. Happy to say fleas are gone and have stays gone.

I can walk in off the street to purchase something and be greeted by the staff by my first name and they ask how my dog is! No appointment, no dog, they know me by sight. Now that is service!

I've had Border Collies now for over 15 years and in that time I've had more than a couple of vets. I just wish I'd only ever had Western Suburbs Veterinary Clinic as my vets all along. I've been with them a mere 18 months. My best friend has been with them for over 20 years and couldn't understand why I hadn't changed vets years ago.

My 20 month old Border Collie "Stormy" has been thrown a chop bone - not by me but by someone else. He's almost died this past week and without the absolute compassion, concern and incredible care given to him and me by Libby, Dick and all the crew at Western Suburbs Veterinary Clinic I can tell you emphatically Stormy would not be home with me now.

Nothing was any trouble, their compassion real, their expertise inspiring. I cannot thank them all, every single one of them, from the vet nurses, vets and admin team. The special thing about taking your fur babies to WSVC is the fact that the business is transparent to the care and concern you receive.

No matter how much I waffle on here I can not pay homage enough to these special people so obviously touched by angels. Oh, and their costs are reasonable - more than reasonable - don't think that you're going to get ripped off by these people, nothing could be further from the truth.
