New to Perth, and took a gamble on this place as I knew no one to ask. FANTASTIC gamble! Louise is a fantastic vet, she remembers my fur babies names when I drop in to pick up food and with no appointment! She picked up issues with my 11 year old that other vets hadn't taken seriously in the past and we are now on a brand new journey with a happy and healthy "geriatric" dane!

We purchased a puppy recently and Louise and crew were fantastic helping us as he was younger than thought. Now he is a bouncing 8 week old, healthy and perfect!

The nursing staff at the counter are friendly, efficient and very accomodating. The waiting room is well designed with 3 different areas to wait.

If your looking for a new vet I highly reccomend trying this place. If I moved suburbs I would still travel back for the great service.

used to go here for years until 2002 when I moved interstate. i had an awful experience in Perth last week and my hair was orange not purple as I asked for. walking back into to salon after all these years was great! service and skill level us just like before I left! I can not brag enough on how great my colour looks and how wonderful they look
after you. now that I am back in melboune I will continue to come back

being new to Perth I walked in off the street and showed a picture of what colour and style I wanted done. the girl said yes she can do it & I asked when she could do it. she said she was available now so I sat down. after 3 hours she was finally cutting my hair & I said to her my hair is not the vibrant pink/violet I asked for. she told me if I stood in the sun it would have a hint of colour. I was quite upset by this time and said I showed her the picture at the beginning and it looks nothing like what I asked for. she just stood there looking blank, not offering a solution. the owner stepped in and said they can get it "close to what I want". I said that was not good enough as I asked if they had the skills to get the colour I wanted PRIOR to sitting down. AFTER 6.5 hours YES THATS RIGHT NEARLY AN ENTIRE DAY!!!! I left with burn orange hair!!!!! it's now destroyed! my hair is cut too short and I am left looking like an orangatang

Walked in and was greeted with a genuine welcome and asked if I was looking for something in particular. I was looking for a flapper headpiece and as they did not have any black ones they offered my to buy one of their rental ones that they were unpacking. Well proved, fantastic service and very welcoming I WILL BE BACK!!!!! Fantastic place who are clean friendly and accommodating

Used to love this place, however the last few months the service has become non existent. The refuse to look up or call their sister stores for items they are out of, and they don't greet you anymore. Now go to domain for the good service. It's a shame because they have a lovely range.

Has a good range of most things. Used to sell more however they still have friendly courteous staff with a wealth of knowledge. If only they were open for longer hours.

What can I say apart from APPALLING!!! Waited to be seated not sure if u could sit yourself. Staff were in a huddle chatting so after a minute or so we took a seat. Staff came over and said we can't sit there as its reserved. We said there was no reserved sign on it. They said they were in the middle of setting it, tried to move to the next table over and was told that one was taken also. Then i asked them to show us where we could sit. Exasperated the girl showed us to a table next to the drink fridge and coffee machine. When we went up to order(as no one came to us) we were asked to sit back down and someone would come over.

The food was under par by a long shot, the coffee was burnt and they gave us milk with herbal tea. All over bad service and lack of food and beverage knowledge.

We asked for the bill and were told to go to the counter. We just could not catch a break at this place. Everything was such an effort. We all laughed that it must be a front for something as there is no way they stay open and profitable with such a lack of customer attention.

One of the worst experiences ever!

Great service, organised and values customers. I left my husbands suit there and forgot about it. Nearly a year later just before Anzac Day I couldn't find my husbands suit. Called them up to ask them if I left it there and they STILL HAD IT!!!!
I was not charged any extra. GREAT SERVICE.

Recommend to anyone.

Got my eyebrows done. BRUTAL experience. Lady had no finess or idea what gentle is. Been getting my eyebrows done professionally for 18 years. Never have I felt uncomfortable or sore while getting it done. Lady was not gentle when moving my head from side to side, nor was she gentle when applying and removing the wax. Had to request serum for after wax. While waiting to pay lady held my card in her hand and talked on the phone, unable to just pay and leave.
No chit chat during the service either. Just a sterile service. Did not feel welcomed or valued as a customer. Will not return.
