After my GP retired I tried this centre as they bulk bill, it has now been over two years and I dont go anywhere else. They accept bookings and walk-in visits too. I have one main doctor that I like to see there, but if he is on a day off I would not hesitate to see one of the others there, they have all treated my kids, my partner and myself very well.

I have been going to Westgate Medical for some time now, and have been taking my daughter there since she was a newborn. We see Dr Firas Al-Jabarri who I cannot fault. He is fantastic with my daughter.... patient, caring and just a really nice guy. We've never had to wait a long time and they seem to make children a priority. Clean place and friendly reception and nursing staff.

The sign out front says "we listen, we care" to that I say NO WAY. Not one of their doctors speaks enough english to communicate in that language. Went there as they bulk bill. Whether its because I am not a small person but all I got was "we must test cholesterol / blood sugar you go take blood come back" In the meantime something is causing the bones in my shin to dissolve making it very painful to walk but hey as long as I am not diabetic thats ok - apparently.

We have been going to the is Medical Centre since it opened, I accredit Dr Eqbal with saving my life. Dr Fotakis is great, especially with the kids. If you have a problem that no other doctor has been able to solve then make an appointment with Dr Eqbal.

All the doctors here are good, they take the time to really listen and you don't get that sense of being rushed like at other doctors. Occasionally there may be long waiting times but generally it is quite easy to get an appointment.

I was refered to this place by a friend 4 years ago and now don't go anywhere else. It doesn't have that "medical centre" feel like other places - you feel welcome and like a valued patient not just a number.
