Westkill did a comprehensive inspection and gave a detailed feedback to us. He also explained a number of possible solutions, but we let him decide what's best. He seems to know his job well, and true enough he has done an excellent job.

An overall pest inspection and isolate cause of noise in attic. Jim spent time to gain understanding of what was the cause of the noises. On the visit he conducted a thorough inspection all around the house (interior and exterior) isolated termite infestation in the cubby house and treated it at a good price. Jim was very professional and explained the cause of noise in the attic (which were rats). He then placed baits out for them and later returned to clean up without extra charges. I am very appreciative of the extra effort and care he put into his work.
