Tai Son is one of our regular haunts now. It provides good value and tasty Malaysian style Chinese Cuisine. Prices for the dishes are very reasonable, ranging from $9.00 to $13.00 per single person dish (like Roast Pork with rice or Wanton noodle). The restaurant is pretty much self serve with sauces, cutlery, water and soup ready for you at the front counter. A piping hot pot of soup is available for your consumption each day. Staff are always polite and dishes are served with a smile.

I needed some light fittings and sensor for the exterior of my house. Upon chance, we came across Rexel Electrical Supplies as we were heading towards another lighting store.
The staff in Rexel were friendly and very knowledgeable. He provided advice on the quality of the products and recommended products. At the end of our visit he even game us a couple of light globes for free.
We purchases a movement sensor which is separate unit to the lights. The sensor picked up movement from a distance of around 3 to 4 metres. It is to suit us returning home at night as we walk towards the front door. The unit costed $35 with discount.

A friend mentioned to me to try out this restaurant. It is of Japanese cuisine. Steamed rice and raw meat and/or veggies are cooked on a hot plate as it is served to customers. I had never tried this style of cooking. The name pepper lunch is exactly what it says. A generous amount of pepper is sprinkled over the rice, making it unappetizing for little kids. I checked with the wait person after our meal. He mentioned that the pepper could be reduced or even left out. I wished it was mentioned to me as I ordered.
Apart from that the meals were tasty and ingredients were fresh. Staff took the time to explain the menu as you order at the counter. It has the set up of a fast food outlet. You order and pay at the counter and then take a seat. The food is then served to you at the table.
I would definitely return for more.

This is one of the cafes close to where I live. Hence to satisfy my daily coffee needs I visit it occasionally. I find that the franchisee for this store do not serve small size take away coffee. Hence forcing me to buy a medium size one. At the same time, they would not offer you your free coffee unless you know you have accumulated enough reward points. Even then due to they do not serve small size, they pretty much leave you no choice but to pay the extra $0.90 to upgrade to the medium size coffee. I've always found the coffee at Jamaica Blue of good quality and will return for the coffee however I will not return to the Bull Creek Store unless I absolutely have no choice.

I returned to this restaurant expecting the same quality of food and services as before. The latest experience proved to be disappointing. Not only had the prices increased considerably; the food has increased in saltiness.
We ordered a Hakka Steam Chicken and a Stir Fry Kailan. Both of the dished tasted like there are more MSG added than usual. I attempted to give the staff a feedback on the price increase prior to ordering and was constantly interrupted as I tried to finish my sentence. Unfortunately I will not be making another visit due to this attitude.
Price increase from last visit around 2 months ago were around $4 to $5 per dish.

We had engineering timber flooring installed throughout the house. We were assured that we would get skilled installation. 3 months after installation; at least 3 different parts of the floor board started rising. We contacted Erco floor who came back to have a look they then said they would get the supplier to come back and have a look. Saying it was a material issue not installation problem. We waited and eventually Erco said the supplier had to come from interstate and to date they haven't rectify the problem. The warranty for installation has now lapsed. Erco had made no attempt in fixing the floor boards which rises during winter when it rains.

Friendly staff who greeted us promptly upon our arrival. They offer a buffet style roast meal or ala carte menu. We had opted for the buffer roast. As they only had red meat on the night and my mum doesn't eat read meat; the staff offered her some white meat with no extra cost. We went with a discount voucher which gave us 25% off the regular price (Adult $21.90 and kids $11.90). The owner even gave us back the voucher and offered to let us use the voucher again.
Buffet Roast had a choice of 2 meats and 5 vegetable.
Definitely value for money. Would definitely return.

I normally visit this cafe for their coffee, they serve good coffee. Coffee is aromatic and served at the perfect temperature. Service is less than desirable which is a pity. A couple of staff tend to be polite and provided service with a smile. The others tend to abrupt and rude. I went with a voucher once which gave me a free coffee with one purchased. The staff at the register screwed up her nose and then proceed to scrunched up the voucher. This is disappointing given that there are several cafes around the area and customers could easily go to others for their coffee.

Small coffee price at Coffee Club is $4.

I bought a voucher off Scoopon website and had my iPad2 screen replaced by iWorkshop. It was during the Christmas break and the staff informed me it would take 3 business days which would take the waiting period to over Christmas and Boxing Day. As the staff didn't want to promise what they could not deliver; I was told to pick up on 28th. The staff also informed me of the screen replacement they use would be of China product however of good quality. I got there early on the 28th and the iPad was ready. They left the protective plastic over the screen to keep it clean.
Staff were friendly and professional and answered all my questions prior to me putting in my device. I would definitely use them again should the need arise.

The restaurant claims to serve Japanese cuisine however the dishes are more Malaysian with Japanese dish names. The dishes came out extremely salty with no other flavours. For what we paid, it definitely not what was expected of Japanese food at all.
It took the staff about 10 minutes after we placed the order (at the counter; mind you) to tell us the dish we wanted wasn't available. We then changed to another dish which costed 60c more of which we were prepared to pay. However it took the staff another 10 minutes to work out how much the difference was and came back to collect the money from us before they went back to put it through the register and THEN go into the kitchen to place the order for our food.
