I am quite impressed with the customer service here. The staff a very helpful and always try to locate the best deals for me. I find that they do not push products on me as they have in the past which, I am pleased to say is wonderful. I absolutely hate product pushing. I will continue to do my business at this particular Westpac as I have found everyone to be of great assistance.

Yeah I know, its a bank. Big deal, they are all the same. Nu-huh not this one. I used to think all banks were the same. All greedy, money grabbing, disinterested institutions ... and most of the time I was right. But the Westpac Bank in Doncaster really changed my opinion. I wouldn't consider changing banks unless Westpac changed. I couldn't get over their degree of service. They actually cared about me and my money (and Im not rich). They listened and I talked, telling them what I wanted. Then they talked and gave me so much more than I ever dreamt a bank would be prepared to give. I was blown away with both this personal and caring service and the quality of their products. Nothing was too hard and the bank agent set everything up for me with one simple form. How good is that? And the products are not designed to make the bank more money. They were designed to make me more money. I couldn't get over it and this is a BANK.
