I have recently changed banks from Westpac to NAB, as NAB's fees are lower and their charges are more transparent.

That being said, I banked with Westpac for years, and other than the usual excessive bank fees, I didn't have any negative experiences.

The customer service in the branches is excellent. I was never left waiting around. The staff treat you like your time is valuable, which I really appreciated.

Wetpac bank is the best bank the staff are so friendly and helpful I have banked with them for 11 years now and will not change. the fees and rates are reasonable, when ever I ring them up they are more then helpful and I don't have to wait on the phone on hold for long. I love the extra added security with sms code for bank payments.

Very good bank, very helpful and friendly staff who know exactly what they are talking about.

I recently had to call Westpac to speak with a consultant regarding a couple of my accounts i hold with the Westpac the lady that i spoke to was ever so helpful and very thorough. Making sure that my enquiry was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Good on ya Westpac

my bank and they were so helpful when someone tried to scam me a few months ago and suggested i open new accounts

The Broker was so friendly & helpful! We were treated so well and all the help she gave was useful. We left feeling like we'd really accomplished something great.
