Wouldn't go back unless they had they had the most spactacular deal on a car ever. Basically after accepting our offer, they accepted another higher offer, all within 3 minutes. Just poor ethics. The sales staff seemed fine, It appears that the [redacted due to personal identifier] is the concern here.

Beware of this place in buying a car. Horrible horrible service. Instead of being excited about the car we were faced with multiple problems, the financier called us liars and said we were lying, but he wasn't even listening and just clicked on the buttons that we did not want. They didn't even give us any details of the loan contract. Just told us to sign and we'll get he details in the mail. Then the loan details weren't even in the mail. The car sales man sold us the car, then had to go back multiple times to get the accessories we wanted. Such a waste of time and energy. Why can't they do their job properly. You have been warned. Do not buy from this place. Not getting the car serviced from here ever. Our friends car got badly scratched and she knows it was clear when she brought it in. She paid $1000 just to fix the scratches.

An overall efficient service, where the staff has run detailed checks on my car and has gotten it ready within a short period of time. The only downside to it is the length of the opening hours! Wish it was open for a longer period of time on Saturdays....

SERVICE DEPARTMENT:Very prompt, efficient servicing of my vehicle. The service guy also gave me a lift to my workplace and then dropped the car off to me. Staff are very friendly

Basically we were given a delivery time at the time of purchase, and this was not met. In fact, our car came 1 month after the delivery time. When we tried to call up to ask why there was delay, we were given the run around from person to person with 4-5 difference changing excuses. So, we got a little frustrated as you can imagine. But so did they! To the extent we were made to feel embarrassed to walk into the dealership. We were actually threatened by a manager saying that they had planned many nice things for us, but were going to take it away. It's not the right way to do business.
A month after the purchase we were given $100 less than the deposit back, I called the manager who said a lot of things happen and they can't be sure they didn't pay it. I said my bank had no records over 2 telephones because the manager was too busy, and and the manager made us go back to the dealership knowing the fact we had to travel 45 minutes to get there, rather than sending it.
This is our worst experience buying anything .... that includes buying other cars, houses, businesses!
