Why won't hairdressers listen? I tried this place after moving to Melbourne and needing a new hairdresser. Because I didn't know where to go, I hadn't been to a hairdresser for a while and had to endure the disparaging remarks because I'd dyed my hair myself. I was very specific about what I wanted: bright red stripes through my hair. I asked for the brightest red colour they had, I even took in photos so they could see how I'd had it done in the past. Three and a half hours and $200 later I left with hair that was neat, well conditioned, and slightly reddish brown. Not red, not stripy. My friends said it looked good, but the point is, it's not what I asked for. Plus, they cut my fringe wet, and once it had dried it wasn't even and I had to fix it myself. Next time I will fly back to Bay Beauty in Hobart to get my hair done!

Dom is a colour master and if you love natural looking hair and a sylist that doesnt push their ideas onto you this is the place. He takes his time to do an immaculate job and foills with minimal regrowth. I fly from QLD to see him hes that good! Melbournes best kept secret!
