I was involved in an accident, in quite an inconvenient location, middle lane of 3 lanes. Ian was great. Very calm and professional. After making sure I was OK, he loaded my car and drove me home. Ian then collected all my belongings from my car, just in case it wasn't fixable. He did this because if it was written off, (and it was) and I needed to collect items later, I would have to organise a time with the salvage place. If it wasn't written off, I could just put my things back in me car later. It was so nice of Ian to think about this as it would have been very inconvenient for me to collect my tings later. Thank you so much Ian for your kindness, compassion and forethought. A genuine nice guy.

Please be careful and stay away if you can. Bad customer service and really rude to people. Never explain for their fee and keep asking for a signature in an accident event. I spent almost $1000 with them for storage my car in their warehouse which is 10 minutes away from my house. Try to squize money to their set up plan.

I am currently pregnant and had an accident a street away from home, I was shaken up & stressed and 2 tow drivers stopped and we’re extremely compassionate when I was having a tough time with the other party, IAN of WP towing went above and beyond and was very comforting when I was in some distress, he offered to call an ambulance for me & even drove my car home and dropped me home safely, this man made a bad situation just that bit better with his kindness and compassion, I would recommend this company purely for this man, he didn’t try to pressure me to use his towing services and not only didn’t charge me for helping out, he gave me advice on how to deal with the insurance process which i was unsure about.

Called to get a quote for a tow after my car broke down and they quoted the tow and did the job the same day even though I had to wait an hour but it was worth it in the end

Had to use this towing service when my car wouldn't start. Had to wait over an hour but it was expected. The Driver was friendly and helpful. Will definitely call on them again when I need help.

price competitive, friendly service, cheaper than some of the other local towers. i paid approx $80 from silverwater to fairfield where other towing services quoted me higher prices, they did the job on the same day too.
