When was your business founded?

WeWebU was founded on 2 July 2023 and is based in Springvale, Victoria. It is owner-led by Anil Budthapa, trading under ABN 38 195 583 492.

What guarantees or warranties do you offer, if any?

We don't guarantee rankings or lead volume, because no one honestly can. What we do commit to is a clear written scope, two review rounds on standard sites, and fixing anything that doesn't match that scope. You own your domain, site and assets, and ongoing support is optional rather than locked in.

What is your level of experience in this line of work?

WeWebU has operated since 2023, building and maintaining websites, e-commerce stores and web applications for Melbourne service and trade businesses. Work spans design, development, technical SEO, hosting and security testing, delivered directly by the person doing the work rather than passed to a production team.

What certifications, qualifications or awards has your business received?

WeWebU holds no formal certifications and makes no accreditation claims. Security work is scoped and tested against recognised reference standards - OWASP ASVS and Top 10, ISO/IEC 27001 and the ACSC Essential Eight - but WeWebU is not certified against them.

Project based with quoted ranges rather than hourly rates. Your final price depends on scope, which we agree in writing first. Ongoing care plans are fixed monthly and can be cancelled anytime: Care from $99/month, Care + SEO from $499/month, and an SEO Retainer from $750/month. Website reviews are free.

Ongoing care plans are published and fixed: Care from $99/month (updates, backups, uptime monitoring, security patching, support), Care + SEO from $499/month (everything in Care plus on-page SEO, managed Google Business Profile, monthly reporting and content edits), and an SEO Retainer from $750/month (technical SEO, content strategy, rank tracking, monthly reporting and a review call). All are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime. Build projects are quoted as ranges against your scope.

Are you a member of any professional / industry associations?

No. WeWebU is not a member of any professional or industry association and claims no accreditations. Work is scoped against recognised public standards such as OWASP ASVS, ISO/IEC 27001 and the ACSC Essential Eight, which are reference frameworks rather than memberships.

What is your favourite thing about your job?

Handing over a site the owner can actually run themselves. Dealing directly with the person who does the work, rather than relaying everything through an account manager, is the part clients notice most.

What are your payment terms and conditions? Do you offer payment plans? Afterpay? Interest-free terms?

Scope and payment terms are agreed in writing before work starts. Ongoing care plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime, with no lock-in contract. We do not offer Afterpay or interest-free instalment plans. Payment is by bank transfer or card.

What makes you unique compared to your competitors?

No agency layer. The same person handles scope, build and launch, so nothing is quietly subcontracted to a production team you never meet. We publish price ranges instead of hiding them, we don't guarantee rankings or leads, and we don't use client logos or invented metrics. Sites are built to be maintained and updated rather than rebuilt every couple of years, and you keep ownership of your domain, site and assets.

How quickly can work be completed? What are your turnaround times? Do you offer same-day service?

It depends on scope and how quickly content is supplied. The process runs enquiry, discovery, build, then launch and handover, with two revision rounds on standard website engagements. Timelines are agreed in writing at discovery. We don't offer same-day builds, but enquiries are answered within one business day, seven days a week.

Do you have a favourite client story you'd like to share?

We publish case studies by project type - trade and service, local and map-pack, e-commerce and web apps - rather than naming clients. Client detail is only shared where we have permission, so there are no logos or testimonials here that weren't given to us.
