I had been a loyal client since 2011, paid my premiums on time and have never made a claim.
Then I get a random phone call out the blue today and get told "Unfortunately we are cancelling your insurance because it is outside of our risk appetite".
No details about my business or business practices have changed, they just decided that they can no longer insure my business.
Absolutely disgraceful that they can treat their loyal customers like this.
Do yourself a favour and get your insurance elsewhere or you will suddenly have your insurance cancelled one day for no reason.
