Went to try on dresses, have some fun and get an idea of what dress styles look nice on my body.

Was sent to the basement to sales racks.

Booked/paid for a 2 hour session was rushed out the door after 45 minutes into the rain.

The stylist was pressed to let us try on one more dress after the original four we wanted to see.

Then proceeded to ask if we were delirious or if we are just like that. So if you go, be sure to not laugh. So not only did I get to be insulted my entire family on live video call got to be insulted along with me.

No accessories were offered, no veils offered didn’t even get to finish browsing the sales racks before being excused.

For the record unless your wedding is 2 years away you can only shop the basement sales dresses but they won’t tell you that, so I will. Can’t even try on anything but the sales racks just for the delight of it.

I can honestly say it was definitely an experience but it certainly wasn’t a positive one. So brides beware if you want to be insulted, this is the place for you.

Great bridal boutique. The only place in Brisbane that stocks pronovias gowns. The girl there was very attentive and helpful. Be sure to make an appointment though as I doubt they take walk ins.

The range of wedding dresses was absolutely exquisite. The bridesmaid/formal dresses were lovely with a few unique designs. They have a lovely range of accesories but could do with a touch more diversity. Overall this was a good experience. The staff were very helpful and let us try on many dresses without making us feel like it was too much.
