After having massages done in the birthplace of massage Thailand,
My partner and I could not find that same expertise,
we have tried many,many places
Untill now ,
Every pressure point was hit,
back was cracked perfectly,and the stretch out afterwards!!!
I took my partner,he even stated that they were better than the ones in Thailand,
I cannot recommend this place enough,
or the lady Pun who reset me,
we will be returning

Enjoyed first visit but on second visit had young girl who never smiled & had a bad attitude like she didn't want to be there - unprofessional as for a few mins she texted while massaging my neck with other hand - massage was painful & not soothing & facial & foot massage worst I've ever had. I was so disappointed as had been looking forward to what I thought would be a treat like the first time. However, older lady & male masseuse are both lovely

Have been to White Orchid spa several times and have had a wonderdul experience everytime. I have very sensitive skin and have never had a
reaction to any of the products they have used. Very satisfied customer. Have used groupon deals then bought the specials package at the end. Three 1 hr massages for $150. Great value

Don't be fooled by the discounts they show on groupon. I paid $185 for 2 people and walked out half an hour before as I didn't want to continue anymore- I skipped the facial. The poorly trained staffs had no idea of day spa. Establishment was filthy, massage room was way to bright with no curtain. They showed then charge extra really nice for oil but actually used some cheap oil and tiger balm when you get to the massage table. Room was filthy sealing fan and aircon/heater was black from dust had to look at the for an hour during massage. I had no faith on what kind of product they will use on my face for last 30 minutes facial, refused it and walked out earlier. $85 for just over 1 hour of laying half naked on dirty baddings, cheap oil and a woman walking on my back where she walked around everywhete. I had proper shower, pedicures before I get there to show any respect to spa workers, left feeling dirty.

I had booked in with a Scoopon voucher, and due to the Cyclonic flooding in Brisbane have had to reschedule. When I phoned to explain that my house was flooded, the woman who answered the phone didn't understand what I was saying and said that under no circumstances are bookings able to be rescheduled. I said that I had already paid, and that I defiantly wanted to go, but it was physically impossible for me to get to the spa today. Woman was very rude, and said there was nothing she could do, then berated me for my rudeness at cancelling my appointment, then hung up the phone.

If I could give this business less than a 1 star rating, I would.

I experienced the Ultimate Package at White Orchid Thai Day Spa and it was wonderful!!! You can choose whichever 1hr massage you want plus the reflexology. My therapist was strong yet gentle and provided just the right amount of pressure. It included a mini facial, complete with massage and lovely products.

The Day Spa itself is beautifully decorated in Thai style. It's pretty, fragrant and relaxing with lovely dark wood accents. Street parking is right outside the door.

Owner Joop is lovely, highly professional and keen to make sure clients are well looked after. If only more people knew about this little oasis! It was a pleasure to spend a couple of hours on a Friday afternoon to wind down from a busy week, and I highly recommend it to anyone who feels frazzled and in need of a bit of TLC.
