No joining fees, good equipment, and no crappy signing contracts that last decades and direct debit every month. This is a great gym and the guys and girls there are fantastic - they give you a complete assessment even when you only join for a month and walk you through the program. I was with fitness first and although it was shinier - this gym is much more accessible and friendly. Well done to Dom and the guys and girls there - keep up the good work.

I joined here because I wanted to avoid being oversold a high priced, lengthy membership; I also liked the fact there is no joining fee and there is NO direct debit; you pay by cash, eftpos, credit only. I started out on a 1 month membership but will definitely keep going there. The facility is not exactly brand new, but the cardio and weights machines are modern. The staff there are the best; I wouldn't go anywhere else now.
