He understood excitably what we wanted and was very patient and checked-in with us before each stage of repair, relocation or installation. He is precise when measuring and installing. Nathaniel was really helpful replacing old halogen down lights with LEDs and supplied/replaced an old outdoor balcony light. He was super careful to ensure removing the old downlights didn't chip away any ceiling plaster and did an awesome job - highly recommend his work!
