Absolutely no respect for people's time. I went in for a 10:20am appointment which was the best appointment I could get whilst working night shift.

After waiting 35 minutes I went back to the front desk and asked how far off the doctor was to be told that there were still 5 people in front of me. When I responded that it would have been good to be warned of the excessive wait time when I arrived the receptionist said that she wasnt on when I arrived.

I only left as I had to get some sleep and will find a practice elsewhere that shows some genuine care for their patients wellbeing.

I called this surgery when I had chest pains (they are local to me). They told me to go to the hospital and refused to see me. I was appalled by this and would never go back.

another doctors i visited for a second opinion, and its good because they bulk bill here, good friendly doctors and staff. good diagnosis.

Almost impossible to get an appointment for that day. If you do, it's always a private billing which costs 60-80.00. If you want to see the same Dr you have to book a week in advance.
Some of the Drs are really good, while some seem to give the minimum required. If going here, book 2 days in advance for a bulk billing appointment. This is obviously not satisfactory if you require treatment ont he same day.

They only seem to have a limited number of bulk billed appointments and I always seem to miss out. You can rarely see the same Dr twice which is annoying if you are actually ill and don't want to have to explain everything from scratch.

A fantastic team of doctors work here! I used to go here as I lived nearby, but even now I've moved suburbs I still drive 30mins to come here. Some of the GP's still bulk-bill for weekday appointments (but evening and weekend appointments are billed), and a they're open later than most surgery's you can drop in after work. There's also a pharmacy next door open til 830pm so you can grab your prescriptions straight away. Two thumbs up!
