I ordered 2 glass jar candles: French Vanilla Bourbon and Clove Orange Cedarwood. I typically do not spend a lot of money on candles and this was my first experience doing so. Each candle costed $40 for a total of $80. They came packaged nicely, however they don't have a fragrance when lit. A woman named Wendy reached out thanking me for the business which I thought was a nice touch. I responded via email asking if she had any advice on what I could do to make the fragrance of the candles stronger and radio silence - I felt silly to follow up. I wouldn't recommend buying these candles at least not these scents if you are hoping to fill a room with a nice aroma. Given the price spent on each and the size of the candle, it's definitely disappointing that the candles don't have more of an impact.

I ordered a candle from Beserk.com. I am no stranger to using candles, but this was my first from Wicked Candles. It has been the worst burning candle I have had, even after following the included institutions. I am barely able to get an actual flame, and I am lucky to get an hours burn time before the candle extinguishes, which means I am unable to make the most of the wax, especially given the cost of their candles. I have no problem paying for a quality product, but this has been far from one. I also expected the scent to be stronger. Once the wick has burnt out, I will be better turning the leftover wax - and there will be a lot - into melts. Incredibly disappointed, will never buy again.

I ordered Hydo Cal on line two days ago and have already received it delivered to my door!! I use this product for hand and leg craps. I ran out around a week ago and I have noticed the difference!

Staff very helpful. Nice range of products (Candles and giftware). Quality is very good. The tea sample was a nice touch. But you NEED SIGNAGE OUTSIDE!

Beautifully presented shop front, smells delicious and gorgeous and reasonably priced products. Staff were all lovely and helpful. Overall I will definitely be converting to a Wicked Customer over Dusk.

I love getting stuff in the mail - candles in the mail are even better. The toll guy that delivered them was chatty and it turned out to be a beautiful day

I purchased a Sweetpea and Vanilla scented candle. The fragrance was amazing, it lasted the whole candle and could be smelled throughout the house.
The candle burned cleanly, the container was attractive. All in all a high class product.
The guys are very friendly, answer all your queries with a smile and are great fun to deal with.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top quality candles and melts

I am always placing last minute orders with this company. They are always flexible and go out of the way to ensure customer satisfaction. Products are great and make great gift ideas. I heard about them by word of mouth.

I ordered a package of wax melts in peach & cranberry for my wife's wax burner. I also noticed that they send samples for free so I requested one. I was happy to find out it was a nice sized round of wax and not just a fragrance sample.

The turnaround time itself from WA to NSW was 5 business days, and I was very pleased with that. The website is easy to order from and even tells you how many of each item is left in stock so there is no confusion. The prices on the wax melts are what I expected and I couldn't find them cheaper anywhere else with shipping combined.

The package arrived nicely packed with no issues there. The included the sample in a little burlap bag with the company info, 2 business cards on nice paper, my receipt with a hand-written thank you note, and a WOMO paper telling me how to review them.

Overall I am very pleased with my purchase. My wife loves her melts, the house smells great, and I have found a new website to purchase Christmas gifts from.

Their Candles are amazing. They smell so strong, even when you are burning them. The service was really good too, very fast. They didnt try to push other products onto me which was good.

I work in an office with an office mascot, a bull terrier. lovely dog but the office smelled. I purchased a Coconut and Lime candle and it leaves the office fresh and vibrant. Great fragrance and lasting smell.
