Ben was great in helping nail down the design. All the pre-purchase dealings were great and I was happy to go through with the deal. However, upon receiving the shed kit, critical parts (Portal mounting Base Plates on Both End Portals) were missing but notice via web portal was given that the shed kit was complete. I travelled to the build site (4.5 hours away, remote) and did an inventory check and reported the missing parts. Bottom line is my point of contact gave the impression that my concerns were not genuine until they realised the parts had infact not even been made and were on back order. That being the case the POC did not make any attempt to overcome the problem and help me work on solutions to keep the build going. In the end I got the help of a local shed supplier who bent over backwards to help me with the base plates I needed. This was at my cost, with no solutions or assistance provided by WSS. Very disappointing to say the least, that a simple issue could not be resolved with minimal impact on the customer. Had WSS worked with me on this problem I would have been very happy. I made several suggestions and got no response. WSS delivered the base plates 22 days after the delivery of the shed kit (by this time the roof and walls were on). Delivery was to a Hardware store, not my address and I had to pay to collect. I am very happy with the Kit, quality of materials and manuals, although there are some issues, they are not perfect but good enough. I am not at all happy with the after sales service I received. I have another Kit shed to build later in the year. I will not be using WSS again based on my experience and frustrations with after sales service. WSS seem to have a good system and I am reluctant to give a bad review on what is perhaps incompetence from an individual but it needs to be addressed. Seems to undo all the good work sorry to say.

The fast service and all my questions were answered promptly.
I had a few measurements then went to Jamie and he sat down with me an we had a design in minutes, this was send off and I have been contacted about everything that’s happening and with the manufacturing.
Could not ask for better service than what I have received.

Nick is such a top fella. I must have changed my shed design several times on him and from snow, solar and wind rates he was able to sort me out. Big thank you to the team at wide span!
