This place is great. The venue is secure, the kids get a security wristband allowing only you to leave with them. Any child loves to play here and you can sit have a cuppa and snack and watch them play, with the added bonus of the wiggles activities to keep them entertained

This play centre is a lot of fun for little kids ,my daughter even had her 5th birthday party here.They looked after everything for us.we even enjoyed meeting friends here to catch up in the school holidays .My daughter loved the wiggles and even once saw Dorothy on one of our visits.We went to a few disco parties too.

I've been there three times since it's the closest indoor play centre from where I live but I don't think I'll go back there again.

Every single visit I've witnessed an injured child. (bleeding) When my child injured himself (they didn't have proper first aid kit??) they just used a towel to stop bleeding. One staff made an inappropriate comment to me. I think they should provide a safe playground. They make you sign a form before entering that states it's your responsibility if your child gets injured.

Another time someone else's child was injured and I over heard that they don't know where the ice packs are. It makes me wonder whether any of the staff actually have any first aid qualification.

Most of staff are young, untrained and unfriendly. All they do is telling us and the kids, (in very annoyed and unfriendly tone) to put back their socks on if they take them off.

The place is small and I find the place a little too dark. Bathrooms are sometimes dirty too.

They don't have variety on the menu and if your child has dairy food allergy it can be hard as kids packed lunches all include dairy. (there are other food like chips and things that don't contain dairy) but kids often want kids packs.

The place is very warm even in summer and kids are sweating a lot. Weekday is quiet but Saturday is packed and hot!!

I had my daughters birthday here...we have a big family and they struggled to look after us as their is insufficient seating. The kids however had a fun time. THe food was bit disappointing but again the kids didnt seem to care. I dont think i would go back

We went to an organised party. It was a saturday morning and there were children and parents everywhere. the place is run by 16 yr olds who have no idea..There was no airconditioning (and we all know how kids sweat i these places)..no cleanup of spills. Cant beleive The Wiggles endorse this place..
