I am pleased to over view this online business although one shop does happen in QLD. I went looking at local dept stores and found what I wanted priced at $109 at the top of the scales and then reduced at two others stores for $79.90. I went on line and this company had this thermos advertised for $35 with $12.60 courier service to my door. I paid sunday afternoon at 4pm, this company posted notice monday next day that it was posted and it arrived interstate tuesday morning. I was not home early morning so the item was not left but a card telling me to fill it out and tell the courier who would come back next day and leave the item in designated place. Item was in top condition. I suppose I ought to give credit to the courier who did such a great job in expediting things. This company is good. They want to keep their customers and I will take them up on other offers and will keep you posted. Consistency is to be admired
