I Purchased a bevelled mirror to attach to the wall of my brand new bathroom. Also Purchased the appropriate silicon glue and double sided tape to attach the mirror to the wall from Willoughby glass at extra cost so as to eliminate any errors with the installation.
I had a qualified licenced plumber install the mirror for me, and the mirror fell off the wall after 15 minutes after installation as the double sided tape failed to adhere to the wall as it was obviously old stock that was not up to the job of holding the mirror in place long enough for the silicon glue to set.
At the time of purchase I was advised the installation costs were more than the cost of the mirror itself, and it would be an easy installation if done by myself.
After the mirror fell off the wall I offered the company to attend my residence which is 5 mins from the place of purchase to see for themselves that no error was made on our part with the installation, and this was declined, they blamed my tiles for the problem, even though they are completely flat with no texture.
I attended the shop for replacement and this was declined even when presented with the faulty remains of the mirror with the failed double sided tape present for inspection.
I presented the mirror to Willoughby Glass for replacement and it was declined.
I would highly recommend not using this company for any services, as they are rude and lack any kind of after sales service even when they are at fault with the supply of faulty products, in this case the tape which is the most important part of the installation.

Worst customer service ever. Clearly business is so good, you can treat your customer with utter disrespect, (tip open up a glass repair shop in Willoughby) Real estate agent booked the job, I called to follow up about it and they informed would come the following week, telling me they could only do Thursday afternoon at 3, (even though this was inconvenient for me). When I called the day before to confirm I asked if they could do another day, they said yes that was fine. I gave all the details of the apartment and window that was broken. When a staff (G) came out to check on the job, they didn't have a big enough ladder and would come back next Wednesday (3 weeks had passed so far with a broken window). I called today to confirm what time they were coming, another staff on the phone denied they were ever going to come and it was not booked in. They doubled the quote the staff (G) who came to see the job gave me at the door. Then argued with me who was going to pay for the job, I said obviously the landlord/ strata- but they had no record of this, said it was only booked through me. I was polite but getting frustrated as it was taking so long. Only reason why I put up with this as it was a real estate agent chosen repair guy. They have left me furious with a broken window for 3 weeks, total lack of communication, rude, and insinuated that I lied when the repair staff said they were going to come back on the following Wednesday 'with a bigger ladder' and a quote at half the price. I said we take our business elsewhere. I would not recommend them, I would avoid them.

I have just finished renovating and used Willoughby Glass for my 3 shower screen installations. I am extremely happy with both the customer service and workmanship that I received. They arrived when they said they would and the professionalism of the staff is something that you don't find to often nowadays. I would recommend them to anyone, and will definitely use them again. Thanks Willoughby Glass

Worst customer service that I have ever experienced..Staff hangs up the phone on a customer.First they do not listen. Doesn't understand that first price has to be given before doing the job..Sent the workers to do the job without quoting. SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN...BE CAREFUL ..

A very disappointing experience.....quoted one thing, when picked up the price had increased by 50%, when I rang to ask why, was told that is just the cost (no reason for difference to quote), and they hung up. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. BE WARNED.
