Most unsatisfactory work we have ever known. Downpipe had wrong connection and water poured out flooding brickwork, toilet meant to be replaced, only plastic seat and cistern installed. Storm water work at front was not completed as quoted. Workman hard to contact. Paid thousands of dollars before work was done. Had to get urgent help from elsewhere to rectify flooding. No one returned call when complained to office lady. Warning, do not use!

I had blocked drain, They said it was in very bad situation, need a camera check for for $500, I choose no camera , he said $400 for this "big job" without camera , but he only spend 5 minutes for this big job in total time. That is not good at all. Avoid.

Pretty straight forward and efficient. Easy to deal with and efficient. Stick to what they quoted, and completed works within time frame.
