Jen was really helpful. I really didn't want to spend too much money on tyres as I am selling my car. I wanted two front tyres but after looking at my car she was explaining for safety reasons that one of my back tyres needed replacing immediately. Jen put on the new tyre and swapped the others around so that my car was safe. She worked with me to pick a time to get the tyres done that fitted into my schedule and explained what she was going to be doing and why - and not in that patronizing way like she thought I had no idea. After getting the two new tyres I decided to go ahead and get the other two replaced and again she was happy to work with me on a time to fit them that was suitable to me. While fitting the tyres she chatted freely which made me feel really comfortable. I would definitely go back to Willpower tyres in the future and recommend her to everyone I know.

Jen was great thought I needed a wheel alignment just need my tyres rotated. Highly recommend her. Been to other places and made to feel like a twit for not knowing about cars she explained everything to in normal terms. My late model Lexus desperately needed front wheel alignment. I took it to two reputable tyre service workshops in the area. They just couldn't get it right. My lexus was pulling to one side.

I came to willpower tyres needing a wheel alignment and to new tyres they were so professional with great staff they had my wheel alignment done and my new tyres on within half an hour it was great they also have great quality near new tyres and they do tyre repairs and there prices are reasonable

Trust Jen at Wilpower to get the job done right. I took in my daughters car which had previously had a Bob Jane TMart Wheel Alignment. The Vehicle was wheel aligned so bad at this tyre chain that it actually "crabbed" (drove sideways) down the road. Jen fitted and balanced 4 new tyres and then spent the time to fix the wheel alignment including adjusting the rear. The Car now drives like new, and without the scrubbing action it had on the tyres.Highly recommend Wilpower to any vehicle owner who wants the job done right.

It was great, the waiting room was super-comfortable with lounges, TV and magazines; not that I had to wait long. I gave them my keys and in 20 minutes had four new tyres and hubcaps installed. The service was really friendly and helpful, and made me feel at ease. I'd never had to get tyres before, and they told me everything I needed to know without being condescending to me for not knowing anything, which is uncommon when you are talking to people who really know their product. The price was also very good, I expected to pay at least $50 more than I did. I would go back, without a doubt.

The service I receive from Wilpower is fantastic, from the time I ring for advise to the time I drive away a happy customer. I needed four brand new tyres for my car. Jenny and her team recommendored to few suitable option tailored to my requirements. Although they were busy they were able to book in a time that suited me.
