Jen was really helpful. I really didn't want to spend too much money on tyres as I am selling my car. I wanted two front tyres but after looking at my car she was explaining for safety reasons that one of my back tyres needed replacing immediately. Jen put on the new tyre and swapped the others around so that my car was safe. She worked with me to pick a time to get the tyres done that fitted into my schedule and explained what she was going to be doing and why - and not in that patronizing way like she thought I had no idea. After getting the two new tyres I decided to go ahead and get the other two replaced and again she was happy to work with me on a time to fit them that was suitable to me. While fitting the tyres she chatted freely which made me feel really comfortable. I would definitely go back to Willpower tyres in the future and recommend her to everyone I know.
