called them out because we had no hot water when the plumber arrived he took one look at the gas hot water box and said its a Rheem 27 and looked at his ipad and said thats $4200 to replace it i asked him if he was going to check inside the unit 1st to see if was just a small problem and he said no we just replace them i said thats rediculous it might something small that needs replacing he called his [redacted due to personal identifier] and he said that would be $582 to do search and find and then extra for repair if they found anything i told them to go away and then they charged me $38.50 call out fee when they advertise no call out fee i rang another plumber and he spent 10 minutes fixing it and charged me $129
