We have been members for years and have not encountered a wine from them that has disappointed. Whenever we have had contact it has been pleasant and helpful. A highlight has been a 3 pack of Tyrrell's fortified wines we have tried through them, truly impressive.

I don't know how you can go wrong with Wine Selectors if your a wine drinker. The wines are fantastic and if you dont like them for any reason you get a refund. You certainly dont get that from the retail outlets. You can pick up $18-$22 wines for only $15 including delivery. Your saving money and getting a money back guarantee. Awesum.

The customer service is fantastic - they regularly ring to make sure that I am happy wit the wines that are sent. We have been very impressed with all of the wines that have been sent to us. They have a full refund policy - if you ever don't like a wine for any reason (even if it is just because you dont drink that type) you can get a full refund on that bottle - but we have never had to use this. It has introduced us to types and brands of wine that we would never have picked up off the shelf - it has really introduced us to a wide range of wines.

I joined while I was waiting for my flight at the airport. Of the 2 deliveries I have had so far, most of the wines are very good. Decent value for money and some of the selection is not readily available in retail outlets. I like the ability to try different wines from different regions and they have a range of different packs that give you options.

They advertise a money back gurantee for wines which you do not like. Had a bottle in the recent shipment that was just not to my liking. I rang the customer service line and the gave me a refund. With options and service like this, its defenitley worth giving it a try.

We joined Wine Selectors after seeing their display at the airport. The wines we tried at the time were great, and it seemed a great way to try a variety of wines at a reasonable cost. Overall we have been fairly happy with the service and the wines that have been delivered. The only issue is that the lady at the airport display never mentioned the delivery cost of the wine, while this is not expensive it would have been good to know that we also needed to pay this.
